Ingredients :
· Lobster 5 to 7 pieces
· Mustard oil 150 gms
· Coconut milk 3 cups
· Cow milk 3 cups
· Ginger and garlic paste 3 tsp
· Cashew nut paste 3 tbsp
· Black mustard paste 2 tsp
· Raw chili paste 2 tsp
· 2 spoons of sour yogurt
· sugar 1spoon
· Cardamom 7 to 9 pisces
· Kashmiri Chilli Powder
· Turmeric powder
· Garam masala powder
· Salt
method
Wash the prawns and add salt, turmeric and chili powder. After that, heat the oil in a pot and fry the fishes for 30 seconds.
